The below examples demonstrate how to use the negation form in a sentence. Don't be shy to use of these expressions if you don't know something.

| I do not speak Japanese: Ban iya yaren Japan ba |
| I cannot remember the word: Ba zan iya tuna kalmar ba |
| You should not forget this word: Kada ka / ki manta da wannan duniyar |
| No problem!: Babu matsala! |
| I don't know!: Ban sani ba! |
| I'm not interested!: Ba ni da sha'awa |
| Don't worry!: Ka da ka damu! |
| This is wrong: Wannan kuskure ne |
| This is not correct: Wannan ba dai dai ba ne |
| No one here speaks Greek: A nan ba wanda ya iya Girkanci |
| I'm not fluent in Italian yet: Ban ƙware da magana da Italiyanci ba tukuna |
