The below examples demonstrate how to use the negation form in a sentence. Don't be shy to use of these expressions if you don't know something.

| I do not speak Japanese: Saya tidak boleh berbahasa Jepun |
| I cannot remember the word: Saya tidak ingat perkataannya |
| You should not forget this word: Awak tidak boleh lupakan perkataan ini |
| No problem!: Tiada masalah |
| I don't know!: Saya tidak tahu |
| I'm not interested!: Saya tidak mahu |
| Don't worry!: Jangan risau |
| This is wrong: Ini salah |
| This is not correct: Ini tidak tepat |
| No one here speaks Greek: Tiada siapa disini yang bercakap Greek |
| I'm not fluent in Italian yet: Saya belum fasih berbahasa Itali |
